Your pack shipment
Orders are usually dispatched within 24 hours by our carrier. The contracted service is regular and typically takes between 24 and 48 hours for mainland Portugal. Our carrier is always responsible for any delays. Upon shipment, the customer receives a tracking number to monitor their order's progress.
